You can now apply for a titular position at Saint René Descartes University.
Not only I need extra degree-carrying persons besides myself to work with — it is nice to have those Scholar's Degrees or SDs, and other progressive degrees signed by more than one person. I also wouldn't mind if you 'setup shop' there with your own faculty/administrator page. You can offer your expertise as a consultant in just about anything you know well, or offer all kinds of courses to students. I would be glad to download any nice-looking HTML page to get you started.
This might help you to also procure further academic employment if you can tell people you're an Independent Scholar at Saint René Descartes University, a university primarily of independent scholars, and I could also setup a nice email address for you, such as...
drjohndoe@scholar.ac
Doesn't that look professional?
I can even create a similar faculty/administrator page for you, such as
drjohndoe.scholar.ac
If you like the idea, you can email me your CV at
ct [at] scholar.ac
If you are accepted, I will also convert any Bachelor's degree you have earned at a reputable or accredited institution into a Saint René Descartes University Diplomate's Degree (DD), and if the Bachelor's degree is the highest earned degree that has been awarded to you, I will confer a Professional's Degree (PD) honoris causa on top of that, which can become an earned Professional's Degree (PD) in time with your experience at Saint René Descartes University.
I cannot offer even a small stipend for your free time work at Saint René Descartes University, but that doesn't mean the option may not open up in the future. Both the University and myself are developing quite fast.
This offer is open to any genuine Master or Independent Scholar of anything that wouldn't mind working with me in their free time.
Saint René Descartes University is a seminary college of the Cesidian Church, a real legal church which now has a congregational affiliation with a larger Christian church — I'm on the Board of Bishops of this larger Christian church, since I'm an Independent Catholic Bishop, besides being a bishop of the 'Cesidian flavor' of Catholicism.
Saint René Descartes University is a member in good standing of the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR), and is accredited by the Fifth World Accreditation Agency (5WAA).
Personally, as an Independent Scholar and Chancellor of Saint René Descartes University, I can say I have an informal relationship (former member still on their mailing list) with the Association for Distance Education and Independent Learning, and I'm a member of the Religious Research Association and the International (States) Parliament for Safety and Peace. I'm the author of three books, and the de facto author of a fourth book. Finally, I've earned a BS in Information Technology, and a BSc in Contemplative Psychology, honorary PhDs in Cyberanthropology and International law, and a Doctor of Divinity. Soon I also hope to become a Life Member of CCLP Worldwide, and to start CCLP Worldwide's postgraduate course in higher education training (equivalent to Master's degree), in order to become a Fellow Chartered Educator (FCE) of the Academic Council of CCLP Worldwide.
