Very nice!
I have been informed that we might get some pictures from the location not far from there - let's see.

We just missed an opportunity in Oregon where a Formori just spent a fortnight in June and could not get his flag in time before leaving... but the Americas should be flagged again soon. We should do some more pics around France shortly as well. And finally, we also have a few uncommon places in sight...

Well, since t's a fake, it won't get there.
The idea is not only to have the flag really deployed, it is to have it brought there by a registered Formori (usually the person on the picture, sometimes the person taking the picture).
We're just showing that we are everywhere!

I'm quite late at posting new pictures of the flag's travels as I'm on the move myself.
Today I landed in Prague and will stay there through Friday.
I had planned to bring a flag for more sightings but I forgot it at home... Too bad.
I have a bad cold and an heavy workload but who knows? I might find time for a beer...

Let's add a few pictures... ... from the famous Big Apple. Too bad, the pictures with the actual Miss Liberty were overexposed.

Sogoln, heyla:
How about Los Angeles, or Disneyland? Griffith Park Observatory? Solvang? Or even L.A. Airport, for just a moment? Any Formori, whenever?
This is a good way to cement intermicronational relations ---- I'm trying to see the price on a decently sized Lykosha flag ---- one never knows when it might be a good idea.

Actually, the Griffith Observatory used to be one of my favourite stops each time I dropped by LA... but last time was 15 years ago now... I'd love to wave the flag there. Meanwhile, I managed to take a few pictures of the flag in Turin, Italy. Since I had little time, I had to do this before dawn.

Thanks, but as I said before the flag has to be carried there by members of our community. That's the tricky part of the effort.

While I'm still waiting for some pictures of the flag in Middle-East and I am planning for some interesting place in Central Asia, here are more pictures from Athens. The pictures are geolocalized here.

Just to tease a little, here's our agenda for the coming weeks... - A "one thousand and one night" kingdom... - A deserted city where one could look for the Holy Grail... - An ancient and dark country haunted by not-so-handsome night creatures... - An Iron island at the origin of longitudes... - A former secret threshold to outer space... - And a Belgian micronation ! I can't wait!!!

I am told that the last picture was not exactly taken at 3,715 m, but more like 3,650 m since you cannot go to the top of the Teide volcano without the proper authorization.

An unplanned destination, Lille, in Northern France. Next stops: - A mausoleum for "one thousand and one night" kings... - A deserted city where one could look for the Holy Grail... (identified by George) - An ancient and dark country haunted by not-so-handsome night creatures... (George got it right too) - A wet city... - A very green island... - A former secret threshold to outer space... - And a Belgian micronation !
