Actually, it's "Capo di tutti capi", which means "boss of all the bosses". (I was wrong too, it's "di" not "de"!) Bravissimo! Complimenti! — Well done! My compliments! Actually, there is a place, although rare, for de in Italian. He's a citizen of The Tallini Family. Here's an interesting video from a Chinese (or possibly Taiwanese) book show, which is basically an 8-minute-long review of the Lonely Planet micronations book.
Sealand, Snake Hill, Hutt River, Lovely and Molossia are discussed at length.
Anyone here understand Chinese (I think it's Cantonese) ?

Here's a Spanish-language broadcast of a version of the Associated Press micronations TV news story from May 2010. It includes some additional footage of Seborga and Sealand:

For those of you with an interest in the Hutt River Principality, I've finally managed to upload to youtube the first part of the official video of Hutt River's 25th Anniversary event, which took place in Queensland on 21 April 1995:
This is interesting insofar as it illustrates just how large and influential a group the Hutt River community in Queensland became in the early 1990s, under the leadership of the posthumously-disgraced "Prince Kevin, the Prince Regent" - aka Kevin Gale. Gale is the fellow who gives the speech just before the end of this half of the video.
I will upload Part 2 of the video during the next week or two.

Excellent indeed.
Majestic, humorous, and personal. Everything you would want from a micronational film.

After watching 'Passport to Pimlico' (a 1949 film about a fictional micronation), I came across www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mcl1V_3p83Y about Neutral Moresnet. It's in Dutch, but quite a lot of it is in German, French and Esperanto (!) subtitled in Dutch. I found it quite easy to follow. 48 minutes long.
