I don't believe there is such a thing as a "perfect" nation or state.
Polities are intrinsically evolving entities with defined lifespans.
Some last a long time, others don't - but in the end they all pass away, or are absorbed or supplanted by successors.

I have recently a very interesting book by Terry Pratchett, called 'Nation'. Basically, it involves a boy having to rebuild his entire Nation-traditions, people and all- after a huge tidal wave sweeps across his island. There's a very interesting passage toward the end, when the hero is given a chance to go to 'heaven'( it's not, really, but I can't explain without giving an entire plot synopsis). "Those others I have shown the glittering path? They all said the same thing that you did. They saw that the perfect world is a journey, not a place."
Think on it.

Actually, analytic theology shows there is such a thing as a perfect world or utopia.
It is not a place where human authority rules, but book authority.
It is not the place where de facto statehood is a reality, but de jure statehood (it's a real state, not a secessionist state or micronation).
It is not a place with a backed currency, but with a fiat currency (this may surprise many who swear that the opposite is ideal).
It is not a place where macho, destructive, belligerent mentality and entropy rule, but where feminine, nurturing, peaceful mentality and syntropy rule.
It is not a place where material values are prevalent, but where spiritual values are prevalent.
That already says that micronations can never be perfect or utopias. Only real and fully recognised states can be perfect, or at least close.

Greetings !! Maybe my choice of the word "perfect" was a bit too extreme; so in that case, ignore the word "perfect"; and instead, answer the revised question / address the revised topic from a much less absolute...... [/s] Micro-Nation ( that can be expected to progress ): ( i.e. What is Needed...and...What is Not Needed ) [li]Institutions [/li][li]Documentations [/li][li]Rights and Responsibilities [/li][li]Etc, etc, etc......[/b][/li][/ul] Regards !! _________
