Greetings to All !!
Of course, at the present time, all micronations must comply with the laws of their "macro" neighbor-nation; however, that being the case, most likely there are a few MicroGovts within the Greater MicroSphere, that have enacted laws of their own, which would apply to their specific situations and circumstances. ( an assumption on my part, but not without reason )
SOoooooo......
What micronations have "Indigenous Laws" on their books; which were enacted for their own specific set of circumstances ?

Hmmm…. This one would have to say that the most interesting indigenous Codex Rex Law would have to be the Succession Procedure. In TorHavn, while it is possible for the children of either Monarch to become Heir, it is not necessarily what will occur.
In addition, it is necessary for any Candidate for the Crowns to be Tested and to Qualify by testing their Courage, their Warriorship, their Intelligence and to be Acclaimed by the Country… and it is also a possibility for the two Monarchs to each have their own Spouses (and therefore, their own separate children).
In addition, there are also the Laws regarding drug use, and the Rule regarding "Personal space." TorHavn does not have a jury system; there is a "tribunal" of three judges: one representing the prosecution, one sitting "neutral," and one representing the prosecuted.
…. And that's not even mentioning the laws of Lykosha (http://www.geocities.com/lykosha/laws.html); to say that the Laws decreed by the Packleader of the Wolf-Nation are unique would be the greatest of understatements…. I would say, with firm conviction, that there are no other laws like those of Lykosha. But of them, probably the most interesting one is the "Circle of Unending Aid."where each clanmember gives 50% of his income to the clan, who then pools these amounts, and gives 50% to the "Pack" (the State), and then -- at the end of the year -- the State divides the remainder evenly, and gives [most of] it back to the clans, who then distributes [most of] it evenly to its clan… the source of the name for the Law.
All of Lykosha is run as though it were a huge, two-footed, wolf pack. It is one giant socio-political experiment. It would be quite interesting if there was a larger pool of individuals to take it to its conclusion, but in the meantime, it's still interesting.
