If you're refering to a special / seperate board, then that would be George's call; however, if you are refering to an on-going thread, then anyone could post a "WELCOME" thread, and have it as an "Announcement" or a "Sticky...thereby, keeping said thread at the top of the page ( so it doesn't get lost )...where anyone and everyone could keep greeting and welcoming the LOM forum's newest members, so as to be able to keep some sort of a numerical record of who came when....without having to refer to the "members" list.
